General Shipping Info
All orders will be received and filled as quickly as possible. Often, that’s the same day. Both UPS and USPS are a little slower than before the pandemic. Please allow an extra few days for delivery. Let us know if your order needs to be rushed to you.

Gift Certificates
These are sent electronically and do not incur a shipping charge. Small businesses such as ours will be greatly affected by this curtailing of business throughout the country. Please consider purchasing a gift certificate for future use.

Handmade items
All products that are available are accurately listed on our website. We will update availability as quickly as possible. Items such as handmade reeds may be out of stock, or temporarily unavailable. We will return to normal as soon as possible. If there’s an item you normally get from us that is listed as not available, please know we are doing all we can to remain as open and resourceful as possible. Consider purchasing a gift certificate for later use.
